Submit your client's information through our referral form. We contact them within one business day, identify ourselves as a mineral buyer, and explain the process. We do not disclose the referral source unless you ask us to.

We Handle the Research

We pull production and regulatory data, review title, and underwrite the tract individually — typically within 48 hours. Your client does not need to provide any documents at this stage.

Clean Closing, You Stay Informed

If your client accepts, we prepare the deed, handle curative title work, and close in as little as 7 days. We keep you updated on milestones and provide transaction documentation for your records.
